VIP includes access to Fresh Start 2024 Block Party and the best seats in the house – the outdoor main stage VIP viewing deck, in and out privileges, plus access to the indoor VIP lounge with a private bar and bathrooms, and bites curated by The Midway’s culinary team. Expedited entry and complimentary coat check is also included.

Payment plans are no longer available, the deadline to sign up was October 16th. If you signed up for a payment plan before the deadline, you can find the terms below:

  • You will pay the full ticket price in recurring monthly payments until a final date set by the event organizer. The payment dates and amounts you will owe are listed in your payment schedule (above).
  • Tickets must be paid by the final payment date set by the event organizer in order for your tickets to be valid.
  • You may update the credit card on your payment plan at any time by saving a credit card to your account and selecting the new card in Payment Plan Details.
  • You may cancel your order in the middle of a payment plan, but in doing so you agree to forfeit all funds from previous payments. Refunds on voluntarily canceled orders are not permitted.
  • If a payment fails, you have 10 days to update your payment method before your order is canceled. Refunds on canceled orders due to failed payments are not permitted.

Outside food and beverage, flow props, and weapons of any kind are not allowed, but other items are permitted.  Vapes are allowed outside.  All bags will be searched on arrival.

Saturday 12/30: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Monday 1/1: 2:00pm – 9:30pm

Yes, and plenty to choose from! Madam Zola’s Fortune powered by our culinary team will be preparing delicious bites and drinks all weekend. We’ll have multiple food truck options available at the Block Party, and over 10 bar locations throughout the event space.

In and out privileges are available for VIP guests only.

Credit or debit cards are accepted for advance tickets.  Door tickets are cash only.

For VIP upgrades, please first purchase your VIP ticket(s). Next, please email us at [email protected] with your original GA ticket(s) order number(s), and your VIP ticket(s) order number(s) and we will refund your GA ticket(s).

Only purchase tickets directly from freshstartsf.com,  themidwaysf.com or links shared on our official social channels @freshstartsf and @themidwaysf. Do not purchase tickets from strangers in social media comments, or other social accounts or websites.  Do not respond to accounts claiming to be management pages.  We do not work with resale sites so we strongly recommend only purchasing tickets through our official ticket page on Tixr.  Purchasers that buy from third parties do so at their own risk.

Parking is extremely limited around the venue. We encourage guests to use rideshare services to arrive and depart from the festival.
